She holds a focus on building a realistic and individualized plan that allow her clients to reach their goals and still enjoy the fun things in life. She has worked with an extensive range of clientele- marathon runners, pregnant/ post-partum women, special conditions (metabolic syndromes, cancer, etc).
In her free time, Tiff enjoys trying new restaurants, going to concerts, traveling, and simply yapping with her friends and loved ones over a glass (or two) of wine (or tequila).
Grace Krumpack
Hi there! I am Grace Krumpack, an enthusiastic and curious coach with an eye for details that loves all things that movement, competing, laughing and coffee! I have been personal training in Boston for the last 4 years and I consider myself to be a movement specialist with extensive knowledge of biomechanics and athletic development. Basically, I love helping people recapture a range of motion to get and stay out of pain, and I geek out over teaching mindful movement done with intention so that we reach our goals with a high level of execution and become aware of our bodies in the process! I love forming meaningful relationships with people and coming up with creative solutions to solve problems and see goals achieved, which is what I love about coaching and why I delight in this career. I’ve loved to call Studio 617 a training home for my independent clients, and I’m excited to spend more and more time there coaching and working with like-minded, wonderful people!
Katie Dickinson
Katie's approach with the individuals that she works with is to not only teach new techniques, but also assist in building an instinct for how the exercises should feel in the body as they're executed so you can confidently take those learned skills out into the gym (and real world). She tries to bring not only knowledge and experience into her sessions, but also humor when appropriate - a previous client dubbed her sessions "Katie's exercise, science, and comedy hour." Above all, she wants to make sure that her clients feel safe, supported, challenged, and like they're learning something new in each session.

Jimmy Le
Jimmy first started his journey into the world of nutrition and exercise when he realized that his own health needed improvement. As he began to improve his own health, he wanted to share with others that they too can change.
Jimmy dedicated himself to acquiring a degree in food & nutrition. This academic pursuit allowed him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of diet and its impact on overall health. Jimmy then decided to acquire a personal training and then his massage therapy license. Over the past nine years, he has combined his academic knowledge with practical experience to support his clients in achieving their fitness and health goals.
As a personal trainer, Jimmy understands that each client is unique, with their own set of goals, limitations, and motivations. Therefore, he takes the time to listen and understand their individual needs, tailoring his approach to ensure optimal results
